Our teachers are fully licensed and bring a wide range of specialized training and qualifications, including Infant & Toddler Care, Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Education Assistant, Montessori, Special Needs, Behaviour Management, and School-Age Care. Their diverse expertise allows us to provide knowledgeable, responsive, and high-quality care for children at every stage of development.

Many of our team members have been part of Park Place since 1996, providing children and families with the comfort and consistency of familiar, caring faces and a strong sense of community.

Our teachers are committed to ongoing professional development and regularly attend workshops, courses, and training sessions throughout the year. Topics include child development, inclusive practices, behaviour guidance, health and safety, and new approaches to early learning. This continued learning helps our staff stay current, confident, and inspired, bringing fresh ideas and best practices into the classroom every day.

For your peace of mind, all staff members are certified in Emergency Child Care CPR/AED Level B and Foodsafe. We complete criminal record checks for all team members, request multiple references, and have a three-month probationary period for new employees.
